What we collect

When you send the quote form we collect your vehicle registration, postcode, fault details, countdown miles, phone number and optional name.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to price and attend your job, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as needed to honour your warranty and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email info@boltremaps.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
