Fixed price

We agree a fixed price and an outcome with you before work starts. If the job changes, we agree a new price with you before continuing.

No fix, no fee

No fix, no fee applies to the outcome we agreed before starting. If we cannot deliver that outcome, you do not pay for that work. Parts you asked us to supply and fit may still be charged if they were fitted as agreed.

Warranty

Work is covered by a written warranty, provided on completion.

Your responsibilities

Please make sure the vehicle is somewhere safe and legal for us to work on, and that you are entitled to authorise work on it.
